Trading Terms
All products are to be paid in full before shipping. When payment is recieved, stock will be dispatched and allow 3-5 working days for delivery of goods.
Just Billiards Shipping / Return Policy
Shipping
Shipping costs are based on the weight/length of your order and ship-to location. We use Australia Post for all shipping over Australia.
Returns
If your not completely satisfied with your purchase for reasons such as damage, wrong sizing or incorrect product, please return your item(s) to us within 10 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund for damaged or defected product as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Other reasons for returns may be considered at our discretion.
We will issue credit/refund for your returned item upon receipt, and you can place an order for a new item at your discretion. If you think the item might sell out by the time we credit you back, order the item that you want from our website.
Return Instructions:
1) On the invoice, circle the item(s) you are returning.
2) Indicate the reason you are returning the item (s). Write to the right of item description.
3) Indicate whether you would like a refund or store credit*
4) Do not send returns C.O.D. They will not be accepted!
*Only items returned within 10 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for cash refund and items returned within 10 days will be issued store credit.

In order to process your Credit Card orders, we use the Commonwealth Bank Payway payment gateway, a third party service, to validate & verify your account information. All billing and account info is transmitted via a secure and trusted portal.
